BAFTA Awards 2019 The Favourite and Roma bag the maximum honours. The teams of Roma and The Favourite were the happiest after the 72nd edition of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Awards as they bagged all the major awards. The event was hosted by Joanna Lumley who again made headlines for her dig at the Academy Awards. The Favourite led the nominations list with mentions in 12 categories. It won a total of seven awards making the team euphoric. Olivia Colman took home the award for Best Actress while Rachel Weisz won Best Supporting Actress. It was also the outstanding British film.
