GQ 100 Best Dressed Awards 2019 The 2019 GQ Awards held recently, was an evening full of memorable moments and performances. We’re here to showcase all the looks that made history at the red carpet. Over the years, the GQ event has brought us, shall we say, out-of-the-ordinary ensembles from celebs. The outfits this year too were experimental, statement-making and teasing, nonetheless. From Katrina Kaif to Sonam Kapoor to Kriti Sanon, these starlets totally stole the event.
Ahead, we bring you the 12 best looks from the GQ 100 Best Dressed Awards 2019:
1. Katrina Kaif:
You can always count on Katrina Kaif for an ensemble worthy of Instagram likes. The actress was seen wearing a maroon cut out suit by Nikhil Thampi. Her attire was glammed up by wet locks and pointy heels.
2. Kriti Sanon:
The humongous sheer bow detail at the back of Kriti Sanon’s Falguni Shane Peacock gown was similar to what was displayed at the runway last month proving that is trending at the moment- and Deepika Padukone also channeled at Cannes. Knowing the intricacy of this detail though, the rest of Kriti’s look is fairly toned down, wearing her hair in center-parting with accessories from Resa Fine Jewellery.
3. Sonam Kapoor:
Some of the best GQ looks were a break from characteristic red-carpet dresses. Case in point: Sonam Kapoor’s Fenty pink suit and coordinating Nike sneakers. The jewellery was from Tasheen Diamond Art.
4. Tamannaah Bhatia:
Tamannaah made a case for keeping it chic and fiery at the GQ award night in a red biker style dress from House of CB with matching shoes from Sergio Rossi. The actress looked award-season ready in the attire, wearing her hair down.
5. Rakul Preet Singh:
Rakul Preet Singh continued her winning red-carpet style in another stunning outfit by Michelle Mason. She channeled her feminine side in the satin red dress, but kept it glam with strappy heels and accessories from Gehna Jewellers.
